NVC letter none???

:innocent:Hello, I, just wanted ask about the NVC letter. When my boyfriend call the NVC, HE ask about STATUS update? if when they will sent it to the USEM?. the OPERATOR said, They sent it already to the USEM (july 2 2010),, And he ask the following question. if when he can receive a NVC letter. A OPERATOR in nvc answer him. that he cant receive any letter from NVC? dahhh!!My question is can be TRUE?

Please anyone has been experience this please guide us thru.. i really appreciate it... :help:
