Hey All,

I have been full-time student for USA from last 2years as well as student worker too. I will be Graduating in 1 year.

Now My College is agree to Do my CPT/H1 whatever i can convince them.. As They Dont have much experience with international students.

My Question is it possible for them to do my H1 at this current time??

Or

i can do make them to do my CPT for now and i can work with them full time and as soon as i will finish my study i will tell them to do my H1??

Actually i am right now very much confuse because i am not getting proper guidance from my college..:(

One more thing is there any how can i get the list of the colleges/companies that can sponsor me for H1.??

Here are the basic thing for CPT or H1.

Your school can apply for your CPT, legally your CPT must be in field of your studies and same is the case with H1 as well.

Secondly if its a Govt school, they will not file for H1, in most cases govt does not hire H1.

I would say look for jobs outside the school in field of your studies and you should be able to find an employeer in the same field who can file for your H1.
