When people say "touched" do they mean *Last updated on My portfolio on the USCIS website. Also I have noticed that once the case is touched it is usually approved in a couple of days.Am I wrong?I believe that the reason why we have last update is because we did online change of address.Still its been a month since they have received our RFE...Noone with an RFE has been approved recently,I'm starting to be impatient again, even though I shouldn't be.Is there anyone who have recently spoken to someone in the VSC with any news whatsoever???

thanks and good luck :)

Ok, when they say touch it means someone at their office has "worked" in your application/case. This doesn't mean your case is being approved or almost finished.. it is just technicality and control process by the processing office.

Following your timeline, you got your first NOA1 it may take a couple of months to get to NVC for background check prior being send overseas.. If you have any RFE, must be corrected/responded prior any steps...

Patient is the name of the game.. we all have been there and it worth the waiting

Good luck
