DS-230 Status Check

Hello. I need some help

My ds 230 package was delivered to NVC on june 22. when i called the operator today to check the status , they said that they did not scanned it in the system yet or recieved it and you have to wait 2-6 weeks. but when I called NVC automated system yesterday, it says that " The NVC has received the checklist letter response on june 25th" so what does that mean? i am guessing they probebly scanned the package barcode but they did not process. i am not sure. i am kinda confused.

Call back - ask again. Open for another 12 minutes.

The AVR is usually 1 to 5 days behind any real event.

The Tele-Operators are supposed to see 'real time'. Ask them to check 'page 2' on their screen.

na - I was bleary eyed last night - no Humans onboard yesterday, at NVC - my bad - sorry.

to the OP - time to call NVC, get a Human, inquire again.
