Hello..

I will file I-130 for my son (1 year old) next thursday (July 8th).. in Monterrey Consulate.

I have the list of requirements that the officer gave me in my last visit to Monterrey.

In the first part it says:

I-130 form completed and signed (I have it ready)

G-325 A (for both petitioner & beneficiary signed by each)

BUT in the I-130 instructions, the G-325A only is required for Husband/Wife.. Am I right? Should I fill out the G-325 for my baby anyway?

Also I asked before but nobody answer..do I need a notarized permission or something like that from his father?.. He will go with me to file the I-130 but Im not sure if I need something in writing from him.

I appreciate any help... I know the most of you are filing only for husband/wife but maybe you have an idea what should I do for my baby :S

Thank you so much... :)
