I live in America and my Fiancee lives in Chile. Can I fax her the papers she needs to sign and then can she fax them back, or does it have to be the originals? I don't want to mail them because it takes 2 weeks to travel. Thanks for you help Any other way I can do it?

Signatures need to be originals, not copies, scans or faxes. Many people sign in blue ink to ensure that USCIS knows signatures are original

Good luck

If you use FedEx International Priority with Tracking it will cost $57. It will yake 2-3 days.

Good luck.

Yeah he already made 3 copies of everything, the 1 he is going to send, 1 for him and 1 for me.

I sent to him 2 passport photos just in case, i made copies of cards and its envelopes, hotmail,Msn, yahoo and myspace messages, form G-325a and letter of intent signed up (2copies of each)

So now he is working on all the assembling stuff, hopefully he will send it off asap:)

thanks again 4 your replies :) its good to know that we are not alone on this journey
