n-400 form questions

Hi, I have asked questions on a thread but i guess no one seems to notice it or i'm not lucky enough for people to read it lol

i'm applying for INA 319 b

PART 4 address

1) part A. should I write our actual physical japanese address, coz we live offbase or can I just write the APO, AP ?

2) part B. CARE OF -can I just write my husband;s name on it?

3) part C. daytime phone number - can i write our japanese mobile numbers?

PART 7 travel outside US

I am overseas but on command sponsorship thru military because of my husband

1) what should I write on the trip questions? I have been outside of the US since february 18 and had only taken one trip to come over here in Japan..

so should i start counting the days i've been away now?

part 10. affiliations

1)8 A. i have volunteered in the american red cross here on base so should i check yes, and then just list that on B?

2) 10 C (continuous residence)

13-14 I don't remember if we had put me as nonresident or resident when we filed for the tax returns since

when we did that I didn't receive my GC on the mail yet.

we don't have a copy of the tax returns since we couldn't print it back then and somehow on turbotax we don't see it saved up

part 10 d. good moral character

1) question 15, should I check yes on it because a few months ago i got into a car accident and ended up getting a citation for driving offbase.

2) question 16. The MPs were the ones who gave me the citation, so I should click "yes"?

3) question 17. I only had the citation for 6 months, so i guess it should be "NO"?

***should I include a copy of the citation that they gave me? when I gather the package when I send it in?

part 10. H oath requirements

1) should I click yes on all of it?
