My fiance and I chat every day om YM and often use YM Voice ,so we rarely thalk by phone. For her interview,in addition to our phone records should i send copies of ALL of our chats.or just a few ? I would think that by sending them all they would get a better idea of how often we keep in touch. And as far as the chats, letters etc;are they interested in there content(do they even read them?)

Maybe you had some chats that are for your eyes only!

I sent the first page or two of selected chats...maybe three chats per month. I sent a chat log too.

Believe me, the consul officer is going to be much more interested in your financials and your photos than he is in your chats.

I just sent Milagros a few e-mails and about 5 pages worth of chat logs..

As Tahoma said, they are well more interested in your financials than your chat logs. Happy 4th of July!

I selected two conversations per month. One conversation for Jordan and I were probably 8 pages long or so you can imagine how thick my file was. I printed a total of 120 pages from February to June.

The CO was nice and he scanned the first page of our conversation. He asked me if Jordan spoke in Tagalog cuz I think he called me a "loca loca" lol. A few pages will do. Make sure that you have a sufficient amount of financial evidence. Please don't forget those darn pay stubs! good.gif

I sent 1 out of every 10 pages of over a thousand pages of chats in font size 6 minimal margins. I sent a photo album, and telephone bills with all calls to the philippines hilighted, showing calls on a daily basis, multiple times a day. I sent post cards and letters with the cancelled postage on the envelopes. I sent gift receipts and Western Union receipts.

All they seemed interested in, according to my wife, was the picture of our first kiss when we got married, and "innocently" questioning her about my job, wanting her to tell what it is exactly that I do, and when was I born and where did I live.

We chatted on Skype mostly so I just took screen captures each time we did and sent her a dozen or so. If you send 9893483 pounds of stuff they'll only ask to see 2 photos while they're looking at your I-864  Here's how Merlaines' interview went -

We use MSN/Windows Live every single day. So in the end the chatlogs/xml files totaled to 900 pages! :crying: What I did, for USCIS & for the Interview, we cut most conversations out. We only kept the date/time stamps and the part where it says "J accepted video call." So the 900 pages turned into 13 pages only! Whew!

As I've been reading in the forums, invest more on photos and of course the financial paperworks.
