Hi I am dentist and I have been graduated from a foreign dental school,Recently I married with a guy who is a permanent resident of USA,One of my friends told me that the spouse of green card holder can't apply for any student visa at all.My question is that is it correct or if I bring my toefl score and my dental degre I can continue my education over there, thanx

Nothing stops you from applying. First step is to apply to the college you wish to go to. Once accepted, you will apply for a student visa at the consulate in your home country. You may run into issues because an F-1 student visa is a non-immigrant visa, which means you will have to show that you do not intend to move to the US but you will return to your home country at the end of the f-1 visa. This might be hard to convince the CO because you are married to an LPR.

Exactly nothing stops you from applying for the F1, granting of the F1 is upto the consulate. Also dont hide any information from consulate let them know you are married to a permanent resident.

If they catch you lieing they make sure that info stays on your record.
