My fiancé has her interview in Moscow in a week. She does not have her police certificate yet and afraid to not receive it in time for the interview. What should we do?

Reschedule the interview or go to the interview w/o police certificate (she has all other documents prepared) and submit it to embassy as soon it arrives. We don’t want to reschedule because:

1. It could add up to 3 months to our long wait.

2. My financial situation could change

3. She already got her medical done

Basically we want to attend the interview, but afraid that they won’t let her in w/o police certificate. Whoever got similar experience, please advice.

Why not contact the consulate/embassy and ask them? Wouldn't it be risky for her to attend the interview without all the documents required? Also, has she sent out any kind of checklist stating that she had gathered all the documents needed?

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
