Hey Everyone,

My family got visas to the USA except my sister whom got refused once from the embassy because she is young ( reason of refusal )LOL, she was about 19.

Does she just apply normally for the tourist visa or there is another different way? Should she say that she will be visiting me, my new born son and my wife or say going to do shopping, because the embassy might say that she got no reason to come back lol? she is going to visit only and come back to finish her last year in college, she is 21 years old.

BTW, she been to the UK before when she was 15 or 16.

Thank you everyone.

Unfortunately, her situation wont be that easy. For parents visas are always the easiest to get, but for young sisters or brothers they always fear they will break their visas and marry and apply for green cards. You must collect all possible evidence that would show she is compelled to come back to Egypt and not stay and marry there. A document from her faculty that states she is a student and that she is still enrolled is an example but (i think) won't be enough to convince them by itself. Just try t find anything that would prove she is coming back. I hope that helped a bit.

I will double that, always tell the truth whatever your intentions are, if your caught lieing thats the worst thing can happen with American Embassy.

With her age 19 or 21, it is going to be difficult as she would be ideal for potential immigrant and her travelling to europe in past is not really significant, they dont care about it at this time.

I believe you have one more chance, give a shot you never know.
