why the heck AVR is not updating?

I am really disappointed !! AVR is not updating my case status!I got time RFE for the time between I-864 and DS-230.I sent package such a long time ago,opertor is saying its under "FINAL REVIEW".how long I have to hear the same updates "MISSING OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION FOR DS-230 HAS BEEN SENT ON JUNE 18th"..now I am getting tired of listening same old automated message.Is anyone here experiencing the same situation about automated voice response system at NVC or I am the only one here is facing this situation?

The AVR, for the most part, is 1 to 5 days BEHIND any 'real event'.

If it hasn't changed for you, since the 18th, then there wasn't any 'real event' to report on.

Which is OK !

Don't forget - just because you SENT SOMETHING IN, doesn't mean instant addition and eyeball review to the casefile, ah ?

There's Mailroom Operations to muck about with, then there's a queue for review, as well. No one has control over those black hole queues, at all.

The 'fastest to update' info is from a Human at NVC, usually 0 to 1 days behind any 'real event'. Any feedback (from you) on talking to a human at NVC ? (Humans sometimes are important, for case status updates)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

We've had something "stuck" at the NVC for a bit now, dunno what it is but when I ask a human, they say "Your case shows that we received mail on the 16th of June but it hasn't been reviewed yet so I can't tell you what it is"

Kinda frustrating to say the least.

I can understand the queue must be maintained!I sent my DS-230 a month ago so I can expect some updates from them.I called them on 18th on that day human acknowledge the fact "THEY RECEIVED MY PAPERS"..after a week we called them again and they answered "ITS UNDER REVIEW" and last week they said "ITS UNDER FINAL REVIEW"..so really confusing situation,machine is saying something different and human operator is saying completely different thing..so thats why I was wondering actually whats going on over there at NVC?

Stick with the Humans at this point... IMO, AVR info on YOUR casefile somehow is munged, some data error.
