give up the capitalist life, we must return to the trees!

OOOOHHHHH!!!

I have 5 acres of heavily wooded land. I will start building little tree houses and sell them that tree and lease the land it grows on.

Heck I will even direct the fresh water spring to the area so they can easily gather water.

I will section off 1/2 acre for an out house and a waste collection to help fertilize the land.

Now being a retreat for the true greenies the only easment I will allow is a walking trail they will need to park the SUVs, pick ups and large vehicles on the street.:yes:
