Hi. I will enter with My family to US with family reunion visas. My wife should get some medicine in my native country, until I will have good medicine program. She can't stay more than 3 month outside of my country in order to get medicine. My question is How long takes to obtain nessasary documents(green card, SSN or others) to be able to leave US? The second question is what is the nessasary condition (if exist) to be in US in order to keep green card during entire year? Is any restrictions(or minimal period) that I should stay?

Thanks

It depends on the type of visa your wife is using to enter the US. If it's a IR visa, then she can leave the US the next day if she wants to as long as she gets the stamp I-551 on her passport which is valid for 1 year. But again, without knowing the type of visa she's using to enter the country, it's hard to give you an exact answer.

All permanent residents have to live permanently in the US, that's one of the conditions for this type of visa. If they have to leave the country, they have up to 12 months to come back. Now, keep in mind that if over the years Immigration sees that they've been out of the country for most part of the year, they'll raise some eyebrows and give them a hard time for not living in the US permanently.
