darnell we love the idea but we are thinking it might affect to his incometax return to qualified getting my kids.as of now i cant find some job because i taking care of him but sooner he will be healed i find find a job to be his co sponsor hope it will help the petition if im working too.what do u think ?he is in disability now.

If his income is effected temporally, the problem is short term, by the injury. He( the US citizen must meet the Poverty Guidelines for the house hold size) regardless of what's going on in your life. Do the math, do the research ok.. As for Co-sponsor Read the Guides at the top.

if i am were you ... im going to wait my husband to be better condition first and then after that im going to file the petition for the kids....

May. 2011 --- graduated for my bachelor degree

Sept. 1, 2011 --- Driver License Renewed ( till 2017)

NO removal condition

Citizenship

Oct. 2011-------- Filed N400

Jan. 2012 ------ Biometrics and Interviewed at same time

Jan. 17 2012 ---- Sworn In
