It basically says only the petitioner can change information and its against the law for anyone else to get information on the case. Says that they wont be preforming the change that was requested, and that if you have questions to call the number they listed.

It looks to me like it's just an acknowledgment of your contact with USCIS:

Type of service requested:

-- Non-Delivery of Other Notice (your NOA2)

All the rest is just Federal Gov't form letter stuff.

I hope this gets some results for you. Best of luck!

But it acknowledged that the petioner made the call:

==> Caller indicated they are:

-- Applicant or Petitioner

So why won't they be performing the changes? What changes. It was just an inquiry..

Maybe the wait is driving me crazy.

Seems to be something about a change of address. You notified them that you didn't get a notice. Have you checked with them that the address they have is correct in their system?

They are going to look into why you haven't received your NOA2.

The rest of that info is only generic information about who can, and can't, request changes. You are the petitioner. It doesn't apply to you.

You are fine (the long wait aside).

Hope you hear soon.

It sounds like someone other than the two of you tried to get case status. Maybe someone had the wrong info on their request. Or one of you had the wrong ID on a request you made. I wouldn't worry about it.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
