Went for my walk-in biometrics appointment today to Elizabeth NJ and I was sent back home. Elizabeth office accepts WALK-INS ONLY on WEDNESDAYS. Then went to Manhattan ASC office and it took me 10 minutes to have my biometric done, no questions asked.

06-12-10 : Mailed AOS Package

06-14-10 : Package Received at Chicago Lockbox

06-21-10 : Received Email & Text NOAs

06-22-10 : check cashed

06-24-10 : Paper copies of NOA's

06-28-10 : Biometrics appointment letter ( 7/22)

07-02-10 : Biometrics walk-in

07-08-10 : touch

07-19-10 : AOS transferred to California Service Center

congratulations. my wife was scheduled for late July but we did a walk in this past week and it was hassle free. We did an infopass and her appointment was made for later that day.

**** filed K3/CR1 concurrently. My wife and I both work/live overseas. The following timeline continues from the approval of the K3 VISA.

just receive my internet update on my wife case for RFE. I think it will be th Fingerprinting.

Now the question is for those who already had earlly Fingerprinting at the Newark ASC. is it true that they do walkins only on Wednesday?

2004 - I129 filed & aproved

2/2005 - TN arrived in NJ

2006 - I751 Removal of conditional status- received 10YR GC
