I am divorcing a girl from the Philippines. After much deliberation, I have met another, whom is much different than the first and I'm sure won't marry me and then divorce me 4 and a half years later. Will the US govenment frown on the idea of me filing for another K3 visa for another filipina? Also, we married in the Philippines AND here in the US...after the divorce here in the US do we need to, again, divorce in the Philippines also? Or will we need to file for annulment in the Philippines also? Anyone know???

They won't really care about another K3.

Well, the marriage in the US was not valid because you were already married in the Philippines (unless it was the reverse).

As for annulment/divorce in the philippines i think it depends on if it was registered or something... someone else should be able to help you.
