Well everyone is talking about Vermont Speeding up. So I received my NOA1 on May 17th and it was in "initial review" until yesterday when it was first "touched". Tonight I was notified of case update via text and email, when I logged on I saw the following:

On July 1, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

And I was in the Post decision Activity Category!

So I assume this is essentially what we refer to as NOA2, correct?

Service Center : Vermont Service Center

Consulate : Bogota, Colombia

I-129F Sent : 05/16/2010

I-129F NOA1 : 05/21/2010

Touched! : 06/30/2010

I-129F NOA2 E-Mail: 07/01/2010

VSC Received 07/03/2010

May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony
