I live in the USA and she is a resident of Dubai in the UAE and is a Chinese Citizen. My question is will she be sent packet 3&4 or will they send it to me and I have to send them to her. We have been told that we will get both packets at the same time because she is living in the UAE. Any help from people that have come from the UAE. Thank you.

Sep 15, 2010 - Visa adjudicated, printed, & Mailed via DHL

Sep 17, 2010 - Visa pick-up date

?? - POE USA

?? - Apply for SSN

?? - Marriage

?? - Start AOS process
