Not all June filers have been so lucky. I'm still waiting as well. But, as I've noticed, there have been fewer petitions in the past two months than in the months previous, so hopefully that means that everyone will be getting a response soon, from April filiers to June!

Congrats Dodi!!!! I am so happy for u both!!! I feel like it was a blessing to get forwarded to Texas instead of at the bottom of some stack in Vermont!!! Good luck with the remainder of your journey!!!! :yes:

06.02.10- Received I-129F

06.07.10- NOA1 dated

06.11.10- Received hardcopy NOA1

06.11.10- "touched"

06.28.10- APPROVED!!!! confirmation via email and sms

07.01.10- received by NVC

07.02.10- received hardcopy NOA2

Congratulations!!! Ours hasn't been touched since we submitted the I129-F and got the NOA1. The USCIS site still says June 10, 2010. I hope this is a sign that they're working on things and ours is moved forward soon too.

10-05-2010 - Received email notification of NOA2 APPROVED!

10-08-2010 - Hard copy of NOA2 received saying paperwork is on the way to London, England consulate

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!

I was at the doctor with a massive migraine, waiting and unhappy, when I got a text. I was so out of it I almost thought it was spam, till I notice an EAC number in it! It was from USCIS telling me my case status had been updated!

10 seconds later I got an email, checked it and found out my approval notice was mailed out yesterday!!! I just got my NOA1 on June 11th!! This is so fast!!!!

Good luck to everyone else still waiting on Vermont! They're churning them out!!! :wow:

Hey!! Congratulations for Your Noa2.. Your proceses were very quickly.. your really blessed!!!! i never heart about NOA2 in a text email... but is fantastic.. Gongrats again.. enjoy it!!!!! :thumbs: :thumbs:

Congrats!and i'm really happy for you guys because i know what it feels like to wait.i am praying that vsc will continue to expedite,

In actual fact it took them 20 days or so.Wow
