My son as K2 follow to join

My son came in USA as a follow to join K2 so obviously he has different permanent resident card expiration, his card will expire next year on October and mine will expire this coming October, so I am sending mine this week, question is " DO I NEED TO INCLUDE HIM ON MY REMOVAL OF CONDITION APPLICATION NOW? OR WILL I JUST APPLY FOR NATURALIZATION ANYTIME NEXT YEAR SO HE CAN BE AUTOMATIC AS A US CITIZEN ALSO UNDER MY APPLICATION?

09/02/11 - package delivered(Labor day weekend)
09/07/11 - check cashed
09/21/11 - requested NOA replacement
09/29/11 - received replacement of NOA(no NOA date)

Your son won't qualify to remove conditions yet, so you should not submit fees, forms or evidence on his behalf. You still should list him as your son in part 5 of your I-751 petition.

When your son becomes eligible for removal of conditions, you will need to file for him then.

As for naturalization, I don't believe that he will be eligible when you are, so if you apply next year as soon as you are eligible, he will not be able to naturalize. However, you may want to post this specific question on the US Citizenship General Discussion forum.

If the parent naturalizes and the child is under 18 and a permanent resident, then then child automatically becomes a citizen
