If this matter has been decided without prejudice, that only means that there is no binding ruling on the books. In other words, you can re apply, and it will be as if you have applied for the first time. Your record is clean. So go ahead and re-apply for the K-1, the new trier of facts will not take into account your previous refusal.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

They actually went to my husband's work place as well as his neighborhood. It happens, but we got the visa and have now been married 2 years and getting ready to file for removal of conditions. Do not lose hope.

My husband had two home visits and still got the visa. I don't think it was so much a fraud-suspect thing as a disorganized-have-no-clue-which-end-is-up type thing.

We never called the embassy since there really was no way to talk to anyone on the phone when we went through the process. The best idea would be to email them and ask what the heck is going on. (in a nicer way than that  )

Good luck and hang in there!

Well that really funny .I'm so sorry bro to say that i know you sad but that's really funny .His boss doen't like ur cause you have an age gap !!! Are you kidden me ?!!!

If that what it is it means his boss will cancel 98% of the petions they receieve every day .Cause 98% or maybe more of American women who get married to Egyptian men have age gap .Its even rare to a see a couple in the same age or have not an age gap .

I have seen so many people on that site since i signed up in 2007 or in 2008 have an age gap 10,12,15,20,22,25 years and they got thier visa without any problem!!! And i even was like they put me under AP for 14 months and me and my fiancee-wife now- don't have an age gap and they gave the visa to some people who have age gap in a few days so i was like i wish if we have an age gap LOL .

Good luck and my best wishes my friend .

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .
