My husband is currently has a temp to perm position with a company. However, since he is still temp, he gets paid by the Temp/Staffing Agency. Do we put down the staffing agency as his employer and calculate what his annual salary would be based on what he makes right now hourly?

Yes. When I filed for my husband I was working for an agency and they gave me an employment letter with my salary so that I could send to the NVC along with the I-864.

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Hi Diana,

Do we need to send a letter with the affidavit from the agency? We are also using my income and I am completing an I864A. If so, do you remember what the letter stated from the Agency?

Yes. When I filed for my husband I was working for an agency and they gave me an employment letter with my salary so that I could send to the NVC along with the I-864.
