Congrats !!! we just returned from VN. My wife seemed to miss home very much. Long and fainful journey just went over. I did not think any case looked like ours

07/03/2008 - accepted as being my lover, after long ... long several trials, begin paper work collected

02-04-2009 : Visited my wife for 2 weeks. 02-22-2009 come back to US

02-11-2009 : Received package from NVC

02-23-2009 : AOS Paid $70 (Online)

02-23-2009 : DS-3032 sent (by email)

02-25-2009 : Payment Received from my bank (AOS)

03-04-2009 : NVC has received the Choice of Agent DS-3032 (Online)

03-04-2009 : IV Application Processing Fees $400 (Online)

We use a lawyer,but i kept in touch and provided everything they needed within hours of request,I recommend paying online for all your fees, save the NVC number in your phone, I still today call them every other night just to listen to the automatic message on how our case was completed and ship out to the HCM consulate. YES I'm that crazy haha

I say have all the paper work ready when the NOA2 comes out once you have a NVC number and IIN assign its a very quick ride

Actually I could have this pink sooner, if my wife listen to me and got her Police certificate .

all paper work information must be consistence, IE name and job title must be the same, and always triple check what is fill out, even lawyers make mistake, and i've caught many mistake.

I'm still discussing some of the evidence my wife presented to the CO, to clearly determine what was worthy evidence to really useless ####### they did not even look at. It will take several days of skyping to digest what went down, because i want to go into detail. what picture was look at and what was ignore, what email was look at and so on and on

THIS is the HCM consulate, so I'm sure it wont matter to you, I think you only care about the speed at the NVC stage.
