Hello I have a question about this process. I was told today that they have my AOS package and it was received on June 23th or has been in the mail room from that day.....it means that AOS is in the system? or when people say that AOS is in the system is when that process was already reviewed? I was told that it was being reviewd.

thanks

if the AVR says it's there, then it's been added to the casefile.

if a Human at NVC says it's there - then it's been added to the casefile.

Are you actually calling into NVC, getting a Human ? IF SO -

Don't forget - the 'final review' process, after all documents submitted, prior to interview scheduling.

FWIW, things change at NVC, or perception of things change up at NVC - but MOSTLY,

all follows the NVC flowchart here - have you seen it ? (It's in the guides )

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

My hubby sent his AoS in via email on June 14th and when speaking to a person at NVC they say there was "mail" received on the 16th but nothing reviewed yet, so they can't even tell us if it *IS* the AOS that he sent in.

You seem to be ahead of the game, good for you!

Sweetcheeksss, when you say "My hubby sent his AoS in via email", you are meaning the I-864, right?

If so, how does one send that via email?
