Hello, Sweetgirl,

First, Thanks a lot for all your posts, which have been very helpful. I am new here, and have same situation as you had before. :help:

When you sent your change of address information to the Nebraska service center, which PO BOX did you use? Was it the same one as you sent your I-751 petition, PO BOX 87751?

The address for the I-865 is a different PO BOX, which is P.O. Box 87485. So we need to send I865 to this PO box, and the copies of I865 and AR11 to PO BOX 87751. Is this right?

Thanks a lot!!! (F)

Hi! You are very welcome!

We have mailed the I-865 and one more Ar-11 together to the INS express.

Department of Homeland Security

USCIS Nebraska Service Center ATTN: I-751

850 S Street

Lincoln NE 68508

I would suggest to you to mail it on that adress as if you have already filed your I-751 .

Mail it via Express Mail ,write on the back of the express mail envelope using the RED Colour Pen., so you will also be able to check if when your mail has been deivered and the name of the officer who signed the package.

Attention:

To- here if you know the name of the person who has mailed the yellow letter to you ,if you have recived any.

If you didnt receive any yellow letters yet.

Just write Attention To:

Deparment of Homeland Security.

I-865 and Ar-11

Your first and last name if you are the beneficiary.

Your A# number .

Also dont forget to write your A # number on the top of each corner of the form you are mailing by the regular pencil.

Write the Cover letter if you can with the LIN number and A number again.

Dont forget to write your name , also that you have filed the I-751 with the LIN number ,A number again and write the old adress using the black colour letters and right below the New Adress using the blue or red letters so the INS people would be able to see the difference.

Thats what we did and we have received an acknowledgment on I-865 form only.

Dont foget to call the I-800-375-52-83 number and make sure that they have changed the adress in the computer system while you are talking to him /her.

Hope this will help.

Best Wishes. (F)

Sincerely.

Hi!

Yeah ,you cam also mail the 2 I-865 to both P.O.Boxes as it wont hurt.

We didnt do that ., but if you mail 2 I-865 to the different P.O.Boxes that wouldnt be a bad idea., just incase.

You wont receive an acknowledgement on the Ar-11 and its usually a normal thing., but you will receive an acknowledgment on the I-865 on the name of your Sponsor;s(husband or wife)

Best wishes.

Sincerely.

Good morning, Sweetgirl,

ONE MORE QUESTION: We did receive a letter asking for our old card signed by someone, who I think is the acting director at Nebraska Center. Do you suggest we actually address our change of address letter to him?

THANKS!!! (F)(F)(F)
