ohh you will be soon approved for sure, I did my Bio on Oct 12th and it took less than a month to get approved

For some reason I completely forgot that the mail run on Saturdays here, and it didn't come to my mind to check it until 9:00 pm, well guess what I found ? a letter with a card inside. Everything seems to be correct after a quick inspection of the card. My question is: Is this letter (with the card) supposed to arrive before or after the approval letter ? or is it the new way of doing things nowadays in the USCIS. whichever way I'm glad that this step is over with. Can someone please update the stats I tried several times with no good results. Good Luck Everyone !
