Thanks guys. I was truly surprised to get the approval so quickly but very thankful that it came through with no RFE or interview. We only sent 20 pages of evidence too so I was wondering about that. Glad it was enough.

I hope to see more approvals tomorrow and next week and really hoping for some action in the May and June threads. :thumbs:

Hey random question...when can I expect to be able to see our case status online.. it keeps saying "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. I got touched the Friday of my bio appointment, the Saturday and the Monday after that then nothing until today when I got the text and email.

My husband and I just called the 1800 number if your case number doesn't show online. All they've got are the same information that they received it in such and such a date, then my bio appt. and nothing else. No added information except things that we knew already. I don't see any sense why that 1800 number exist there. Maybe someone can enlighten me what's the purpose of that number...

I think the customer service is just there as a distraction because it's rarely someone calls and actually gets helped. :huh:

You'll see some movement soon, don't worry. It seems like they are working backwards so I'm sure you'll see something soon. :thumbs:

the way I see it, is that they work half of the months, choosing stacks of files for example(july and august) and on September they go back and pick what was left from July and august
