Hey guys, you might find this reading somewhat interesting.

Thanks boilermaker for this useful PDF. I hope based on this info the filers waiting for movement/approval will understand that adjudication of application by IO is the last step towards decision. Most of the delay comes from half a dozen checks triggered after biometrics which IMO is usually the cause of delay. Not to mention the human apathy to some extent and lack of resources/staff could be also be contributory factor.

CSC seems to be marred with shortage of resources/staff which is likely the cause of delay IMO.

We got approved yesterday, August 24!. It was a pleasant surprise because our case number didn't work since they received our application until yesterday. I was already expecting the same message when it finally worked and the message was they ordered production of the new card. Good luck to all who are still waiting. I think July filers will be getting a lot of approvals soon. :thumbs:

Guys CSC has greater approval % than VSC. Seems like the tide has shifted .

CSC is definitely back to work. If you check out the April thread you'll see that it went from only one person approved a few months ago to all but 4 approved in the past 2-3 weeks. VSC is still approving at a good rate as well so let's hope they both keep it up. :yes:

I wasn't on this July filer list but here's what is going on.

applied on 7/14

bio on 8/2

approved 8/25

this is way too fast for CSC...

at least this tell me that CSC is actually working hard.
