Good Day VJers! It has been a long time since I have been on the site, but here we are again plodding along on our journey. I won't get too much into the why's or what for's, but suffice it to say that due to a USCIS snafu, I need to file the I-751 for the daughter (16), 3 months prior to filing for my wife. My question is other than the 751, the $$$, and a letter of axplanation, what else do I need to include? The I-751 instruction doc mentioned FD-258 fingerprint cards? Do I include everything that will be part of my wife's application? I don't have much that is specific for the daughter, and USCIS politely said "too bad" when I went to have the gc exp. dates matched up. Thanks for the assistance!

If you are living outside the US, then I think a fingerprint card is required, else, she will receive a biometrics appointment since she is older than 14.

I think the instructions talk about submitting a letter (verify) to explain why the child is getting a separate application. I was reading the manual yesterday and there was a section regarding filing a separate application for a child similar to your situation.
