At my husband's interview yesterday they did not ask him to sign the DS-230 part 2. He said that no one there that got approved signed it. From other posts in other threads it has been my understanding that it's part of the interview. Does Casablanca do it differently, for example when the individual picks up the visa? Or was this a mistake?

my husband said they did not have him sign anything either. i was also wondering about that but figured if it was a requirement then they would have had him do it. our interview was just on june 24th. i hope this doesnt cause any problems lol. congrats to the both of you :dance:

We're planning for a couple of months. He has a business there that he has to wrap up. I'm planning to go and spend a little time there, to see his parents, etc and then fly back together. Trying to find the best prices for flights for both of us, etc, etc, etc...

When do you plan on getting back to the US, Vanessa?

I go back 3 weeks from tomorrow. We will decide when he's coming once we actually have the visa in hand.

The same thing happened with my hubby but they told him on the phone when they called him asking him to bring the I-864A from my sister that when he gets those papers together to come in and sign..so maybe when your husbands go for their visas they will sign...how exciting for all of you.. :star:
