Hey all heart broken buddies.

i found some cases after little research. im excited to post it here

but want to keep it short cuz im at work. ill post more later. just wanted to get the

news out, which says it is possible.

http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=219162

let's see... according to that thread:

Applied to remove condition (I-751) - Feb 2005

RFE - Jan 2006 (basically requested the whole application again)

I-751 Approval - July 2006

So that took a YEAR and a half to get I-751 approval after a divorce. Doesn't sound like it's just a snap, now does it?

Fine, if there's "bona fide" reason for the marriage.

I have no idea what was in her head when she came here. I have no doubt that she figured, well why not, I'll see how things go, and I'll keep "Plan B" in my pocket just in case.

Now I'm finding out a lot of things from my "friends" about things that happened before the marriage, that they figured wouldn't be a big deal down the road.

If I had known about half of them, it would have thrown a big red flag and I wonder if I would have married her.

I'm not broken-hearted, I could have been used, but you know it's HER Karma to deal with, not mine.
