Hi and thanks for all your help. My fiance lived in the US in Atlanta Georgia from 2004-2006. She was here on a J1 visa. About 1 year ago she got her police records from Atlanta. Would these be sufficient? Does she need to get a new copy since it has been a year since she got her police record? (She has not returned to the US since 2006). Does she need the FBI records as well? Thanks for your help.

PC's for any time spent in the USA are not required.

So she won't need any police records from the US eventhough she lived in the US for 2 years. In the Peruvian Embassy page it says that she needs police records in each country she lived since she was 16.

True, all except the USA....

For the US you don't need it because the USCIS will check themselves because they have access to it. They want from other countries only.
