Hi,

My fiance and I will soon go to Juarez for his K-1 Visa interview..all being well his case will be approved and he will be issued a visa :thumbs: to come and marry me :D . He is planning on entering the USA the next day he receives his Visa . (to come back with me the next day) Is this possible? or does anyone know if he has to wait a timeframe to enter once he has received his visa...

Once he has picked up the visa package from DHL he can come to the US the same day if he wants, no waiting (just a little processing at the border). Good Luck!
