Concurrent Filing

I have a quick question because I've been reading a lot of threads which gives me lots of hope. I filed (sent) my I-130 and 1-129F concurrently on April 29, 2010 and got I-130 NOA1 on May 6th, 2010 and then checked my status and the last update was May 7th, 2010, will I ever received my NOA1 on my I-129F?

I really, really miss my wife even though we SKYPE everynight... please give me hope. I've been asking God to extend my patience... it's the waiting game that kills... :-)

IMO, no, no word on that I-129F. You didn't follow the proper submittal process, I'd be surprised if you heard back on it, if at all.

But hei - there will be other folk with other opinions, as well.

IIWY, I'd stick with the CR-1 process flow...

hey we have almost same date on NOA1 lol I got mine the 4th Hope we get the NOA at the end of July or August, it all depends USCIS pace! We eill get it!!! Best wishes
