The 18 year old will not be eligible, otherwise it is straight adjustment of status.

Begs the question of what the 18 year old plans to do.

All in the guides.

Acknowledging that I could be mistaken, I believe it's 'unmarried children under the age of 21' which would make both of his children dependents who can piggyback his AOS.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

but as far as I know my 18 year old is still on my visa 'till she is 21 years old .Her sister my oldest has a green card already she could sponsor her too right ?

or we just go to mexico and jump the fence back in good old usa it is the most unfair situation anyways here right now (just my opinion but we legal aliens get treated like s'''''') I've been here since 99 and still fighting with dl's and stuff , but it is all worth it on the end I guess

I would need to look it to be sure, but my recollection for he older child to benefit the marriage would need to have been before they 18th birthday.

Adoption does not provide an immigration benefit.

You could file for her when you have your GC.

What is she going to do in the meantime?

You said you were going to change status to PR.

10 year wait for siblings

As long as she marries a USC.

** moved from "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" to "Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas" as you are adjusting from a E2 visa and the prior forum is for K1, K2, K3 & K4 (a visa other than a K1, K2, K3 & K4 which the prior forum is for)**
