"If your fiancé(e) is currently in the U.S., complete the

following:

He or she last arrived as a:(visitor, student, exchange alien,

crewman, stowaway, temporary worker, without inspection, etc.)"

I would be a visitor, but where I'm confused is the part where it asks for my I-94 number and authorized stay date. I'm Canadian and so they don't give me an I-94 when I come to the US due to the VWP. How would I fill this out?

Really? I thought we were part of that. Well don't I feel silly? Thanks! Would we put N/A in both fields then? The I-94 number field, too? I guess I'd have to do that by hand instead of typing because it's set up in individual number boxes.

No, we aren't part of the VWP, we fall under a certain set of conditions agreed to by Canada and the US.

I wouldn't leave any question blank so put n/a or 'none' where applicable

I figured they would raise questions if we did that, since when we send in our tickets/visiting records they could see that I was in the US the same date as is on the I-129f. I was nervous it might cause problems if they saw what is technically a lie - it isn't something that I feel is a big deal but I know USCIS can sometimes be very picky. I dunno. :S

Well if you're sending tickets in that show the same date then say you were there as a visitor and put "N/A" in the spot for the I-94. Not a big deal either way.

P.S. When are you guys sending it in? Finally, eh? It'll feel soooo good once you sent it off! Nerve-wracking but good!
