Well she was starting to become dilated last week iirc. I'm guessin she's poppin out her lil baby as we speak!!!!

OMG I'm so sorry you guys! NO I'm still here with baby in belly and NO dilation either!!!!!!!! Saw my doc yesterday - she is sending me for an ultrasound today to make sure the head is down. Apparently my cervix is posterior - which means nothing to me other than a.) it hurts like the DEVIL to have it checked (it made me cry and honestly, not fear labor as badly after that kind of pain w/out drugs...!) and b.) she can't get a good feel on whatever baby part is 'down' to tell for sure that it is the head.

The due date is the 5th and with this lack of progress, I have a feeling I'll go that long if not longer. I go back to see her on the 6th if I've not popped by then. She did go ahead and put me out of work so I'm glad for that at least...!

And I might be one of those weirdos who updates FB during labor. LOL! Once I have drugs on board, I'll be trying to find ways to pass the time......!

Thanks for the concern, all! The ultrasound is at 1:30. I suppose there's a chance if it's a boy, we'll be unable to avoid a willy sighting. But we're ok with that at this point.
