It's been two months since I have received NOA1 (on 27-APR-2010) for my wife. These two months have gone smoothly and quickly. I don't expect to see NOA2 for another, at least, 1 month. Recent trend suggests that it I will get NOA2 in another 1 or 2 months. I'm not in a hurry. I have accepted the fact that my wife won't be here until she's here.

I few days ago, I was talking to my wife and she reminded me that we haven’t had a “fight” yet since we married. What is it about the first fight that everyone seem to be so obsessed over? One of my friends told me quite proudly that he had his first fight with his wife. I don’t look forward to fighting with my wife ever. Should we ever fight, I don’t think I would be proud of it or advertize it outside of my home.

I miss my wife but not obsessively. She’s doing her things and I’m doing my things. We talk now and then. I’m not a big phone person. I prefer texts; so, we text more than we talk. Beside that I have finished up gathering all the documents I need, including tax transcripts, marriage certificates, money transfer records, phone records, photos, movies, etc, and she has to get the passport and the police certificate. So we’re all set for NVC stage and, to a great extent, the interview stage also. So this is how life goes on while we wait…

What's your story?

time will pass by anyway.Since January I have been waiting to hear something new.Left my job for studying GMAT but still life is going on :)

we human can adopt any situation. But I must say that this waiting period teaches us the definition of "PATIENCE"..Good lesson I think, throughout your life you cannot learn it by taking any course.best of luck indigosky.your consulate is Dhaka,so from my prediction you will hear something from USCIS within 1 to 2 months.keep patience.and If you need suggestion just feel free to ask me :)
