Just out of curiosity and to have some comfort,

Has anyone here who filed their i130 in april gotten their noa2 yet.

Marriage : 2003-10-03 (7 years of a Very happy marriage)

1ST Child : 2005-08-08 Timothy is born in NYC

2ND Child : 2009-06-29 Bianca is born in Sto.Dgo

Apptmt for Consular Birth report papers 2010-08-31

Passport and certificate received September 14, 2010

USCIS journey

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : Dominican Republic

I-130 Sent : 2010-04-15

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-04-18

Touched - April 27, 2010

Apprvd October 3, 2010 WHAT A GREAT ANNIVERSARY PRESENT !!!!!!

Visa appt 'February 7th 2011

Gave both our e-mails - October 18, 2010

Received and pàid aos bill Nov 8, 2010

Received and paid visa bill Nov 14, 2010

My brother finally mails packages Dec 6, 2010

that's what most of us are waiting for. According to the slow process that Marchers have had, they will be startin April at middle or end of July!! Hope the process move faster :( it is stressing!!

I have not heard anyone form April, I know some end marchers who got their NOA2 :)

i filed mine last week of april,then had biometrics 2nd week of june and now we just got letter for the interview..

I didnt get my EAD yet..hopefully soon..=)croossed fingers=)

NO !!! BUT THEY ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON THE CASES WITH RECEIPT DATE AROUND 3-5 MARCH. WE SHOULD SEE OUR APPROVALS BY NEXT MONTH AROUND THIS TIME...DEPENDING ON WHAT DATE IN APRIL YOU ALL HAVE FILED........good luck....hope to see approvals soon......

I havent receive noa 2 and we had a mistaken EAC number for NOA 1 we can't even inquire it over the Internet, my husband keeps on calling them but as usual they would always say the correct EAC number for Noa 1 is on its way... Should we get worried for the delays?
