No need to apologize. Never even considered the reserving a spot at a hot dog stand.

If we were to marry a VN that liked hot dogs where would be the best place to go?

Gulf Greyhound on a Sunday afternoon in July?

Sorry, I don't know enough about the local spots yet. Any suggestions for a good Vietnamese restaurant in the Westchase area?

Never tried the hot dogs there and I live near the race track, will have to try.

Don't know about Westchase area but am sure there are some. Now on the way to the race track I can help you.

No, no, you were asking where you could find hot dogs, I responded with the dog track on a hot afternoon...it just isn't funny now. sad.gif

And when we are out that way (most weekends) we have the kids with us, and they are freaking spoiled when it comes to food - they refuse to eat anything they've never had before, so no way will they try Vietnamese. Sigh. Great kids, but that is SO aggravating.

Yeah, I was just reading your thread...definitely need to stop by. Haven't been to the boardwalk yet, either, we always just go past on the way to La Marque. I will have to make hubby stop next time! good.gif

Still no idea on the hot dogs, though.

LOL. No prob I have a hot dog place in mind and was hoping for feedback. About a few blocks away from the Boardwalk there is a pretty new VN restaraunt that makes great Pho and even the VN around eat there and they even have Chinese stuff the kids may like. It is called Kemah cafe and the VN gent and his wife are good friends

If the kids are truly unruly please take them to the Bacliff haircut shop and ask for Tina. (My wifes name lately) and tell her you are a friend of Curtis.
