I was not allowed to enter the Embassy with my wife for the interview and was told that there is a new regulation for this.

They didn't give an approval document to my wife although they said everything is okay and she will get the passport with visa in 5 business days

and asked her to pay the passport return fee to UPS.

She asked again to the officer whether she will get any document for the decision and the officer told again everything is okay, they don't give any document

and he approved.

Well I'm getting ready to my appointment but as hapened to you too the anxiety is killing me...

Here is what I have to my interview...

  1. appointment letter
  2. Police certificate
  3. the Bank payment receipt
  4. Income tax return 2007/2008/2009 from sponsor (with the w2 and all that.)
  5. copy of the resient of the sponsor
  6. Income tax return 2007/2008/2009 from petitioner (with the w2 and all that.)
  7. copy of the naturalization of the petitioner
  8. My passport
  9. 2x2 picture
  10. ADN test results
  11. DS230
  12. My national ID

I'm missing someting?

Yes... I don't think that nothing more than the DNA test is requested... of couse in a base family visa...
