Hello I filed my K1 I129F Petition on April 16, I recieved my NOA1 april 20, 2010. I see that the processing timelines here at VJ are stating that the Vermont service center is processing between 75 and 80 days now. and they are currently processing for petition dates for april 12. Are the statistics fairly accurate for the Vermont service center? How is the data collected? is it accurate as to the Service center is really processing speed and petition dates? I have been missing my filipino Fiancee since april. I am missing her so much. This is very hard for me! Could somebody please give me some helpful encouraging advice, as to possibly how close I am to recieving my NOA2 from Vermont. It been a little over 2 months, havent heard anything. If anyone could give me advice or information if there is anything I can do or that would help me during this hard time of the unknown waiting period. My fiancee and I love each other so much and want to be together and marry soon. Thank you very much! Randall

Just hang in there, it will come. Ours was at 105 days VJ said 104 so it was right on time. Just hang on and pass the time by staying busy. I at one point stopped coming to this site for about 2 weeks just because it was very depressing to see so many NOA 2's that were not ours. But it did happen and now on to the next waiting.

Thank you very much, I am really lonely here without my finacee, I went to the philippines in March and april, I spent 2 weeks with her, We fell in love, I asked her to marry me, now we are engaged, I never knew it was going to be this hard. I am really having a hard time with this. I appreciate your nice comments. Its just not knowing when, or if there will be any problems, thats what also makes it tough to not think about. I am praying for strength and that things will go smoothly and quickly for us. Thanks again for your wonderful comments and advice. God Bless

You know rftomlin, at about 100 days I had prayed and prayed and prayed some more to give us the good news of approval. So that night I let go and let God. I asked jesus to take the wheel on this one. It felt as if a weight had been lifted and a calmness came about me for the next few days I smiled and knew that it was not in my power to MAKE this happen. I had called USCIS until I was sick of hearing their speil and scripted responses. I just happened to get off work early this day and my fiancee was not yet asleep we were on skype. 5pm CST and 1am Ukraine time I got the text and we were able to share the news together. It was really GREAT. Keep your faith about you and know you have done all you can do to this point. You will get news soon im sure.

We are in the same boat rftomlin. Our NOA1 date is April 22.I hope we both hear some good news soon.I'm in cectral PA;where you at ?

Hey neighbor...I'm just north of Williamsport...our NOA1 was 4/26...got the NOA2 on 6/17...52 days..have no idea how and was expecting it in late July...cleared NVC on 6/22 and now waiting to hear from Manila. Seems like some are getting approved quickly, like ours, and others with earlier NOA1 are still waiting. I have no idea why and always thought they were done in order of when they were received.

Good luck to all and it will be a great day when you get the email from USCIS. (that is if you signed up on USCIS website for email notification). hardcopy came about a week later.

Thank you so very much. I really do appreciate your encouraging words. I am praying everyday also. Its so human to want to have things we want when we want them. Its especially tough when its someone that you are in love with, a feeling you cant describe. But I know thats when we need God the most and need to trust Him. I know it will be in His time. and it will be good and everything will be alright. Its just so hard to keep remembering that. Thanks again, and please stay in touch. I am happy for you and your loved one. Hope I can join your NOA2 celebration soon. God Bless
