Expresspost Envelope Question

Sounds like an incredibly dumb question but when you go through what I just did - well confidence in the system is not at a high.

I bought an Expresspost envelope for inclusion with my joint sponsor submission when I send it all back. Did you pre-address the Expresspost envelope (I assume you do) and what did you put for the sender's address - just US Consulate, 1145 Rue-St.Alexandre.......?

I would put the address that's listed for the embassy here under Embassy Info. It has the street and PO Box number on it.

sorry to hear about what happened to you in Montreal. But sounds like it will get resolved soon and you'll get the visa soon.

About the express envelope. I filled in my address and left the senders blank. When I got my visa in the mail I saw that the consulate stamped it's address on the senders info. The address they have stamped is the one with the P.0 Box number as tommysgirl said to put.

BC ED I just wanted to mention in case you didn't know this or for anyone else that you are suppose to give the consulate the customer receipt slip on the back of the label. I didn't know this and kept it. The woman at the consulate said they needed it so they could track it but said it was ok and that she would just make a photo copy of mine.
