DO i STILL NEED THE CHINA POST MAILING LABEL THAT IS OUTLINED IN PACKET 3 - IF FILING ELECTRONICALLY - ???

Also does my spouse need to have her biographical page on her passport translated and "certified"?

1st question, good luck. We went paper all the way so not going to venture an answer.

Good Luck the rest of the way. If you make it to the interview, pay the money to sit at the coffee shop, it gets cheaper each drink.

1. NO. Will fill one out on interview day, instead, after interview is completed. There is NOTHING TO SEND IN TO GUZ IV, when filing electronically at NVC. Is No 'Packet 3' for GUZ either, paper or electronic, if using NVC. Only have P3 if filing DCF'd I-130 and the K-1/K-3 visas.

2. No. Check the bio page again - it should be bilingual already. If it's not bilingual, is good chance is not 'overseas travel passport', but a travel document for Macau and Hong Kong.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
