The best hot dog I have ever had was when I worked at the Saskatchewan Landing store and restaurant. We used to take just bleh hot dogs and deep fry them. OMG, if you have not had a deep-fried hot dog, try one NOW. It sounds disgusting, but they were amazing, especially with cheese. Any place that I could find that offered them would get my vote.

Um, maybe not right now. It is only 8:33 am, might be a bit early for all that wiener goodness.

I was waiting to get loaded at American standard in Schertz, tx today and had seen a Wienersnitzel nearby and decided to go check them out as I had never seen one in Texas since at least the 70's. I had said here that the last one I saw was in the Los Angeles area so I thought I would pop in and have a few. Well they had a special of 5 chili dogs for 5 bucks (of course a tad extra for the cheese. They were pretty good not great mind you but good. By the 4th dog though I was getting full and sick of chili dogs. Do not advise going for that many. 6 hours later and I can feel them still and even taste them.blink.gif
