N-400 RFE Question

Yes thats what it said. I was just curious because of the wording, i did not realize that everyone got the RFE email, and was worried that they did actually require more evidence. I am applying through marriage and certain I sent all the required documents. So can you tell me if your are notified after biometric about anything or is it just a wait for the interview letter after that?

dazuu, you just wait for further instructions once you get your biometrics done. Just study your civics questions until the interview time

It went well. We were in and out within 30 minutes. He had to fill out another form when we got there and got a booklet with all the civics questions, which was also included on an audio CD at the back of the book. So he can listen to it over and over in the car or at home. Thanks for asking. When's your appointment? Good luck when you go!

No, I have no idea how long it will take to get the letter. Looking at a few other timelines, it could take between 1 - 2 weeks. I guess it depends on how quickly the FBI checks are completed. I hope all goes well and he gets his interview in November and sworn in before the year is out!
