u and me , we both have same approval date... june 23rd, and today i got NOA2 hard copy in mail. only diff is that i filed back in august 2009.

totosan... are u calling NVC to see if theyt receive ur file? I called today but NOPE, they dont have it in system. what about you.???

I would appreciate if u can update when ur case at NVC and whats been sent to you by NVC and what u sent them etc.etc. because i would like to copy you. so i dont make mistakes. thanks.

Soo as of today both AoS and DS-230 arrived at the NVC. AoS has been there since tuesday last week.

Hopefully the AVR is updated to "recieved all documents" sooooonish. =)

Alles wird gut und wenn es noch nicht gut ist, ist es noch nicht vorbei.

Soo as of today both AoS and DS-230 arrived at the NVC. AoS has been there since tuesday last week.

Hopefully the AVR is updated to "recieved all documents" sooooonish. =)

Based on my unscientific observation of others' experiences, I am estimating 22 calendar days from All Docs received to case completed at NVC. Let's see how long yours takes.

06-17-2010 - NOA2

Your I-130 was APPROVED in 107 days from your NOA1 date.

06-24-2010 - NVC Case Number Assigned

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

I tried to pay my brother in law's AOS and DS-230 fee's online. But it shows error.....payment system is not available, try again later.

Are you guys getting the same error? if so, since when ?

That happened to me too. When the site comes back online try paying it again. However, make sure the two previous payments says "rejected." Otherwise you may have to check with your bank and NVC.

I am sorry, it seems that I averaged things wrong. I think what I meant to say was from time all doc get to NVC to SIF is 22 calendar days.

Bextavaz- You at least knew that yours should take years and years on end. If you know you have to wait 20 years and it comes in 7 then awesome! If you think it should come in 2 months but comes in 5...not so awesome. Glad you got your happy news!

Whats new in the week so far.

Bextavaz got his interview date for his son.any updates so far that I missed?

You are right March2010.because of some unscientific reason NVC is taking long to complete the case.I think they are overloaded with documents this summer.So hang in there may be we will all get to hear the same word "CC" at same time :)

I haven´t call to NVC and haven´t received hard copy, looks like mail is slower in Texas. I´m following and trusting what Teya and March2010 did. So I´ll be calling NVC Wednesday. I´m sure you know LingChe´s -NVC ShortCut let´s try to follow it. I´ll post any advance or news on my case. Good luck.
