hmm yea they did take a bit to send me my email but i think the forum members told me to just wait a few days.

My AOS status shows paid today. Guess who didnt even start filling out anything for the I864 forms? :whistle:

Really Well your filling it out now... I just got off the phone and the lady told me that my File has only been in for 3 days and they will be sending it out bt none have gone out yet. I also verified the email addresses so I guess it just Shut up, Sit Down and Enjoy the ride... :blush::blink: I hate the waiting parts and thats mostly what all of this is.WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :crying::crying::wacko::blink::bonk::huh::thumbs: Oh well at least I am not in a dark room some where... Thanks Jesal, yes I gave them my and her email address when they gave me my NVC #. I SAW IN THE short cut that you should also call because they may be slow providing it to you,

Tom, i think they will send you the email with AOS bill and DS3032 by monday latest. If they don't , suggest calling up again and confirming they did update ur emails..and ask for AOS and DS3032. (Also, now that you have your case number, you are free to email your ds3032 from your wife's id) By the time they pick ur mail up and update their system(atleast 3 working days) you would have got your ds3032

I just called NVC and they gave me the case number starting with BMB.

After that the operator just said aloud my and my husband's email addresses, and i just confirmed that it is the same.

Means were they already having it ?

23rd July 2010: I130 Approved

So you have your case # already? Excellent! Time to email them the DS3032!

Look up the VJ template and follow it to the T. You'll be golden!

Don't forget to email it again when they send you the actual DS3032 via email.

Don't bother with PDFs. Or mailing in the hard-copy. The email letter is just fine! :star:

Hey yes. I think we wrote the email address in our cover letter :)

So may be they just said it and did not ask for that.

Now do i have to email them DS3032 directly you mean ? I was thinking they will email something to my husband and then i send them the DS3032.

I have already kept that ready in my email drafts :)

I dont think I can email it doesn't it have to come from my wife's email account? Is that what you mean by her ID? I dont have her yahoo password. When we do email it. Can I just attached the scanned copy to the email and have All the numbers and verbiage in the body of the email, instead of using the VJ template?

Well, if you would like to wait, you can wait. I thought of waiting, but could not stop myself from sending it and ended up sending one day before they emailed me. It doesn't really seem to matter.(Or like sachinky said above, you can email once again once it comes) And you don't need IIN for ds3032; thats for logging into online payment portal to pay fees. :blink:

As for scanned copy, it is not really required, but is up to you. It is safer to use the tried and tested VJ Template; I would recommend that unless there is any country specific reqmt reg philipines. (Electronic processing) :hehe:

And well, I meant her email account :devil: . It has to go from beneficiary's account yes. You can give her the body of email and ask her to send it. Don't forget the subject line format too.
